This paintball field is of course pentagonal. With a miniature version of the fort like structure acting as a pill box in the center. In Invasion of Normandy’s past it has been home to the French Resistance. The key to capturing it is to surround the structure as the large open doors provide great angles on the opposing walls. If a full frontal assault is tried these same walls that open nicely when surrounded are nearly impenetrable. The five points of the Pentagon are two story and have plenty of space for three team mates. These points are also key defensive locations as the added height allows the player to shoot almost all the way to the boundary line.
My advice for the defenders is simple. Two guys in each tower and front load the front wall for the beginning of the match. As the attackers move along the sides of the field slowly dispatch the defenders from the front wall to the sides and back. Also make sure your hopper is full. Nothing is worse than needing to reload paintballs just as the enemy moves through your shooting lane!
