Here is what Skirmish players are saying about their trips out to the fields this summer. Want to let us know how your day of paintballing was? Shoot us an email at info@Skirmish.com or write a post on our Facebook page – FB/SkirmishUSA.
I went to Skirmish yesterday with some of my coworkers. It was a great experience. My ref, Mike Gold, made it 10 times better. He enforced all the rules and made sure we followed them. At one point, I accidentally took off my mask before time was called, and he scolded me. I appreciated that. He made sure we were safe at all times! I recommend you request, Mike Gold as your ref the next time you go to Skirmish! Besides the fact that I left with some bruises, I had an incredible time and I would never choose another paint balling field other than Skirmish USA! -Nicole D.
Today I went to Skirmish with my best friend Chantal and had a blast!! Dave and Tyler were awesome!! Definitely going again!! Maybe next summer!!! Wish the day didn’t end! I met some amazing people and just had so much fun even though I have a couple bruises!! -Hayley R.
I wanted to write to let someone know what a wonderful experience we had Saturday, June 15, 2013. My husband and I brought five 12-year-old boys as a birthday gift for our son. They had never played before. Everyone was so friendly and helpful from the beginning. It was well-organized and it didn’t take long for us to get started. They boys were a little hesitant since they were playing with adults, but the staff took great care of them. Brad Shoop and Nick Brogan were EXCELLENT refs. They made the boys feel comfortable and explained everything they needed to know. Our boys really wanted to play the Castle and we didn’t think they were going to be able to, but in the end, Brad was able to get them in and then let them play an extra round. They were so excited!! It really made their trip. I would definitely ask for Brad and/or Nick again. The boys already want to go back. Thanks for a fantastic day! -Leslie G
My sons and I tried paintball for the first time. And thanks to Skirmish it was the best money I ever spent! It seems that my sons (11 and 16) have found a new passion (me too)! They are now talking about paintball markers and season passes! We will most certainly be back for more! All of the staff, from the pro shop to the refs, were helpful and patient with us (as we were new to the whole world of paintball) and most importantly…encouraging. What an experience we had! Again, thank you for getting my sons off of the couch playing video games and in the REAL world exercising (moving their bodies and sweating)!! See you all soon!!!! -Art
I am just sending this email to complement Skirmish. Today was our first visit and as I parent (I didn’t play) I was very impressed. The staff was amazing. I have never been anywhere in the Poconos where there was such an fantastic bunch of workers. Helpful, polite, not one rude one among them. I think my sons refs where Lauren and Kelly. He said they were great. We will be spreading the word about Skirmish. Thanks again for a great day! -Vicki V.
I had a great time yesterday at Skirmish with my group of 20 and ref, Nick. When he asked if we would like to pair up with the other people for a game at Tippmann Castle, I said yes. We all loved it because we played with different people. It doesn’t matter that we got the private package for having 20 people and we were playing with others. Challenges are fun and we all came here to paintball. I would suggest trying to do that more. -Jedrick T.
Just wanted to let you know what a wonderful time my boys had at your facility! Everyone was so nice from the woman who took my reservation to the gentleman at the lunch grill! Karen was more than helpful with all of our questions and Rich the referee manager gave us a great tour while we were waiting for the boys to return from the long day of paintball. Your staff is well informed and pleasant. Owning our own business we know it is nice to hear the good things your staff is doing (not just the complaints!). Looking forward to a return trip! Thanks Again! -Karen G.
I know this is a bit overdue but I just would like to express our gratitude and appreciation to the pair of referees that were assigned to us during our skirmish trip last August 11th (Blue/Black). Robert and Kristine (not sure if I got the name right) both did an excellent job in making sure that we, as first timers to paintball, understood the game, how to use the equipment and made sure that we had a very pleasant and safe experience. We all had a great time and everyone in our group had nothing but positive feedbacks about how much fun it was. It wouldn’t have been possible without the efforts of the above referees and their professional and courteous assistance. Kudos to Robert and Kristine! You wouldn’t believe that we’re still talking about the wonderful time we all had, including our ‘battle scars’, and are actually planning our next trip to skirmish. Like we did before the first one, we’re all looking forward to it. -Gil
My son celebrated his 13th birthday with a paintball party today. Your staff was awesome! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. It was great to see the kids running around having such a great time. Their favorite maps were Tippmann Castle, Tippmann City, and Fort Skirmish. We especially appreciated the efforts of Garrett our ref. He made every effort to see the boys got to play the fields they wanted to and really kept the games moving along. I also really appreciated how much he watched out for the safety of each of the players and taught the boys the correct procedures. He was an outstanding ref and is we ever come back we’ll be sure to ask for him! Thanks again to all for a great day – – the memories for my son and his friends are priceless. -Julie F.
