DETAILS: One Day Scenario with intense missions & multiple roles. Game is limited to 250 players

Anyone that plays in BioWars II  AND Phantom Panic on September 12th  - will receive a FREE SKIRMISH PASS valid for entry into our October 24th scenario game - The Battle for Britain/Berlin (game theme will be determined by the winner of I.O.N).

SCENARIO:  Since the ending of the first BioWars, the Mercenaries went into hiding, biding their time for revenge.  The Mutants had a savage greeting from the mainland, and decided to claim Thorpia and the entire island for themselves.  The Villagers fended off the Mercenaries in the first BioWars, and now face their final battle - they must fight off the Mutants to reclaim Thorpia once and for all. 

RATE:  

·         $39.00 per person, plus tax - pre-registered by 05/27/09

·         $31.00 per person, plus tax – pre-registered group rate (20+) players

·         $53.00 per person, plus tax -  late registration or at the gate

GROUP LEADER BENEFITS:  Group leader benefits do apply, with advance reservations only:

·         10+ players = One plays free, 1000 paintballs, Free Adventure  Pass

·         20+ players = Two play free, 2000 paintballs, Free Adventure Pass, Group Rates

·         25+ players = Two play free, 2000 paintballs, Free Adventure Pass, Group Rates, Tippmann 98 OR Tac Vest OR Case of Paint

·         30+ players = Three play free, 3000 paintballs, Free Adventure Pass, Group Rates, Tippmann A-5 OR Tac Vest OR Case of Paint

·         40+ players = Four play free, 4000 paintballs, Free Adventure Pass, Group Rates, Tippmann X-7 AND entire group gets 10% off Skirmish pro-shop purchases (msrp, excludes paint/food)

·         50+ players = Please call us.

CHECK-IN & PARKING:

Directly at the SKIRMISH FIELDS - Albrightsville, Pennsylvania.

·         Have ENTRY TICKET WITH YOU - FILLED OUT & UNFOLDED!!!

·         Receive:  Dog-tags, Wristbands, Maps, Rules - You MUST have Wristbands, tags & hopper tape to play!!! 

·         Lost Wristband or Dog-tags, please report to check-in window. 

·         Your Wristband and Dog-Tag is proof of payment.  If lost, you will be asked to pay again!

·         Players without reservations may have to wait until pre-registered players check-in!

SCHEDULE*:

·         8am – 10am – Check-in for pre-registered players, Paint Sales, & Field Map Distribution

·         10am – 10:45 – Game Orientation, Objective Assignments, Rules Briefing, Chronographing

·         11:00am – Game Begins

·         6:00pm – Game Ends, Awards Begin

COMMAND STAFF:

Mercenary General - Joe Giardi & Mercenary XO - Meghan Bell

ROLES:  Biological Researchers, Communication Officers, Ambassadors, Lieutenant*.  *note, each team with get one Lieutenant (picked by game organizer the day of game at the player briefing).  These Lieutenants will not be from organized teams so if you'd like to volunteer, see Joe Parisi the morning of the game!

PAINT: EVENT PAINT ONLY! Paint will be $73.00 per case no matter what quantity you purchase! All paint is subject to PA sales tax.

RENTAL EQUIPMENT:  If rental equipment is needed, there will not be an extra charge.  You must have a major credit card to use as a security deposit until equipment is returned. 

FILLS: Co2 & N2 are FREE!  CAMO:  $7.00 per rental  AMMO BELTS:  $2.00 per rental

CHRONO:  Mandatory chrono at 280 fps max.  We will check with hand-held roaming judges. If you are shooting hot, you will be removed from play immediately!

MEDIC CARDS:  If you are shot, find a judge.  He’ll mark your card so you can stay in the game.  Receive 3 marks on your card, leave the field, report to the nearest reinsertion point.

FOOD:  Available for sale throughout the game.

WATER:  Available for sale at our food court, we strongly recommend you bring extra water!

CREDIT CARD/CASH: Cash is quicker but we accept all major credit cards & travelers checks.

ATM:  There is an ATM located on site.

ALLOWED:  Lights, Paint Grenades, Perimeter Warning Devices, and Thermal Imagers.

PROHIBITED:  Guns shooting over 280 fps, Hot Burning Smoke, Knives, Firearms, Flares, Rope, Wire, Portable Shields. NO Laser Sights, NO Pyrotechnics, NO Drugs, NO Alcohol!  NO Fireworks!!

DATE: Saturday, July 18^th and Sunday, July 19^th. 

There will be a Free Tippmann Castle Game Friday, July 17^th for players that pre-register & check-in early.

RATE:

• $59.00 per person, plus tax - pre-registered by 06/24/09
• $54.00 per person, plus tax – pre-registered group rate (20+) players
• $80.00 per person, plus tax -  late registration or at the gate
• Please Note – We are capping the game at 3500 players this year therefore, we strongly recommend advance reservations.  We expect this game will sell out early!

Friday, July 17^th

• 2:00pm to 10:00pm - Early Check-in for those interested.  Please let us know when calling to make I.O.N reservations if you plan on checking-in Friday!
• 6:00pm - FREE Tippmann Castle Game in the torch lit Tippmann Castle & Tippmann City for all I.O.N. players that check-in early!!

Saturday, July 18^th

• 7:30am - Gates Open
• 7:30am - 10am - Check-in, Paint Sales, Team Assignments, Field Map
• 10:30am - 11:30am - Game Orientation, Objective Assignments, Rules Briefing, Chronographing
• 12:00 Noon - Game Starts
• 11:00 pm – Game breaks so players can rest and catch some z’s

Sunday, July 19^th

• 9:00 am - Sunday Morning - Game begins again
• 1:00 pm - Game Ends, Awards Ceremony Begin

 A one day scenario game with intense missions, multiple objectives, and a ton of different roles!

·        $39.00 per person, pre-registered by 9/02/09.

·        Group of 20+ players: $31.00 per person, pre-registered.

Anyone that plays in following two scenario games at Skirmish  - BioWars II  on June 6th AND Phantom Panic on September 12th  - will receive a FREE SKIRMISH PASS valid for entry into our October 24th scenario game - The Battle for Britain/Berlin (game theme will be determined by the winner of I.O.N).

How it works...when you play BioWars II, you will be given a color ID Tag (dog tag) with the game name, date, platoon, and role listed on it.  KEEP THIS ID TAG - You MUST present this BioWars II tag when you check-in for Phantom Panic - no exceptions will be made.  The check-in staff at Phantom Panic will then issue your free pass for the October 24th scenario game.
