Cancellation Policy

SKIRMISH PAINTBALL CANCELLATION POLICY

• Skirmish reservations canceled more than 10 days before your game day may be rescheduled or fully refunded.
• Skirmish reservations canceled within 10 days of your game day may be rescheduled or converted to a digital raincheck voucher (delivered via email) equal to the dollar amount paid. Digital raincheck vouchers are valid for 2 years.
• All Skirmish reservations canceled within 2 days of your game day will have a $20.00 rebooking fee deducted from your digital raincheck. This includes no-shows, game-day cancellations, and late arrivals who cannot play. For example, if you play on a Saturday, you must cancel by Wednesday (end of business day) to avoid the $20.00 raincheck deduction.
• Although extremely rare, all reservations canceled by Skirmish can be rescheduled, receive a digital raincheck voucher, or be fully refunded.  It’s your choice!

Skirmish Prepaid Paint Cancellation Policy

• You can pre-pay for paintballs when making your Skirmish reservations so you’ll be ready to go when you arrive. Full refunds will be given on pre-paid paint orders canceled within one day of play.
• Scenario Game policies differ from regular play.  Please see the scenario game policy for details.

SCENARIO GAME CANCELLATION POLICY

• Your scenario ticket is your ticket. All sales are final.
• Cancellations are non-refundable at any time.
• The group leader (name on the reservation) is the only person who can check in his/her reservation.
